We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, to ensure fairness and to manage appointment availability effectively, the following cancellation policy applies:
Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit all monies paid to the full session cost. Non-attendance without prior notice ("no-show") will also incur the full session fee.
Notice of cancellation or rescheduling can be provided via phone, email, or through the online booking system.
In cases of genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Eunoia Counselling.
